The Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights (CHR) was established under the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2022. Its main purpose is to contribute to the development of scientific knowledge in the area of human rights and their relationship to other concepts of modern constitutionalism.
