Roundtable "Recommendations to public authorities on the genocide of the Uyghurs in China"

Dear readers,

We would like to invite you to a roundtable discussion on "Human Rights Violations in Xinjiang against Uyghur, Kazakh and other Turkic Populations". The roundtable is a follow-up to the autumn series of presentations on the protection of human rights of Uyghurs in China and is the culmination of a student project in which students of the Law Faculty of the Charles University attending the course "Protection of Civil and Human Rights" created a policy paper entitled "Recommendations to Public Authorities on the Genocide of Uyghurs in China". You can look forward to the presentation of Mgr. Ondřej Klimes, Ph.D. from the Oriental Institute of the CAS and students from the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University will present recommendations for the Czech authorities to contribute to strengthening the protection of human rights of Uyghurs in China.
