The course Human Rights in European Constitutional Order III is the final course that focuses on the functioning of the concept of human rights protection in the theory and practice of European constitutionalism.
The course is taught in both Czech and English, and students are expected to have a basic knowledge of constitutional law, European law, and political science. While completion of the previous semesters in the academic year 2023/2024 is not set as a prerequisite, it is recommended.
