Lecture on the Legal Status of LGBT+ Persons in the Czech Republic at Faculty Night 🏳️‍🌈

As part of Faculty Night, a lecture titled “Current Issues in the Legal Status of LGBT+ Individuals in the Czech Republic” took place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, organized by the Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights in collaboration with Charles University's Faculty of Law. Special thanks to Michal Pitoňák for presenting the results of the survey “Do You Know Your Rights?”, Adéla Horáková for her analysis of the new partnership law, and Lucie Zachariášová for providing insights into current legal challenges. Gratitude also goes to dr. Karel Řepa for moderating the evening. A heartfelt thanks to the organizers of the Faculty Night festival for their excellent collaboration!
