Protection of Civil an Human Rights

The aim of the subject is to expand knowledge in the field of constitutional law, particularly in the issues of constitutional theory and the practice of protecting civil and human rights. The subject focuses on controversial and current problems of protecting civil and human rights in both domestic and international contexts, providing students with insights and offering a space for discussions on selected topics. An important feature of the subject is its emphasis on active student involvement, such as through presentations, discussion groups, allowing them to develop their argumentative skills based on acquired knowledge.

The subject Protection of Civil and Human Rights is NOT taught in the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024.
